process engineering manager

responsibilities:
- establish standard operating procedures and instructions for the production process
- determine the effectiveness of operational process such as automation and workflow to evaluate and provide valuable solutions for operational excellence
- implement lean concepts in manufacturing process
- resolve technical issues during the production process
- ensure all production steps are compliance with quality and safety system requirements
requirements:
- a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering (electrical/ electronic/ mechanical) or related discipline
- minimum 3 years of related working experience
- fluent communication skills in spoken and written english and mandarin are required
- station in our factories within the guangdong province
